Shipping Policy
Gr8vibes uses the following shipping methods USPS, UPS.
All **In-stock** items are normally ready to ship within 1-2 business days. Occasionally, there are inventory inaccuracies. In this event, please allow an additional 1-2 weeks.
**Special order** items usually take 1-2 weeks to ship. From time to time, our vendors will run out of stock on an item. If this happens, we will continue to reorder the back ordered item until it becomes available. If the customer prefers to provide us with a substitution or cancel the back ordered items, we will gladly fulfill their request.
Shipping rates are determined by weight and location. You can easily calculate shipping costs by adding items to your shopping cart and entering your location information at the bottom of the shopping cart for a quick rate quote.
We offer shipping via United States Postal Service (USPS) to anyone, anywhere. We also offer United Parcel Service (UPS) anywhere in the United States.
We do offer you **rush shipping**. The price and availability of rush shipping varies. It is better to contact customer service regarding rush shipping. We will make every effort to make sure you receive your parcel on time. However, rush shipping is not guaranteed to be on time. Under no circumstances will we refund the cost of overnight, 2 day, 3 day or other rush shipping methods.
All orders are sent in plain packaging. There's absolutely no way of telling what's inside the package or who the sender is.
