We have every expectation that the items you purchase will bring you pleasure and satisfaction. Occasionally there are situations where a toy doesn't function correctly. If an item doesn't work properly you may return it to us.
If an item does not work properly
You may return any product within 7 days of purchase if it does not function properly. We will ship a replacement to you at no charge. Please see return instructions below for details.
Return Instructions:
If you would like to return please follow these instructions:
1. Log in to your GR8vibes account.
2. In the Track Your recent orders section, click on view details link for the order you would like to initiate the RMA for.
3. Once in the order, click on the Add New RMA button.
4. Choose the number of items you want to return in the Order Items section. Choose tHe Reason and Method for the return.
Add any additional comments.
Then Click RMA.
AN RMA number will be sent to your listed email address.
NOTE: We cannot accept returns without the RMA return code on the outside of the package!
Please note that customers are responsible for return postage. |
